The Employment Group at Ely Place Chambers is 17 members strong. The Group is described by Chambers UK as ‘small but flourishing’.

Our barristers appear for both employers and employees before the Employment Tribunal, the EAT, the High Court and the Appellate Courts. Recently Chambers was instructed in the in the high profile Court of Appeal case of Wardle v Calyon. Our barristers are often instructed for High Court injunctions and they also undertake representation before regulatory and internal disciplinary hearings.
