Michael Patchett-Joyce was interviewed by ABC Radio (Australia) in relation to the call of more than 70 British MPs to allow the extradition of Julian Assange to Sweden to face possible charges of sexual assault. Below is a link to the interview.
Michael Patchett-Joyce has an international practice and he has appeared in four cases heard by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in Luxembourg. Additionally, he has appeared in cases heard by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, at both CFI and CA levels. He has also been instructed in Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) litigation and was involved in the Court’s first case.
