Michael Patchett-Joyce was asked by Al Jazeera to participate in the consideration of the future of the WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange, following his removal from the Ecuadorian Embassy. Below is a link.
Michael Patchett-Joyce has an international practice and he has appeared in four cases heard by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in Luxembourg. Additionally, he has appeared in cases heard by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, at both CFI and CA levels. He has also been instructed in Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) litigation and was involved in the Court’s first case.
